Helmar December Merry Christmas Layout

 


Hello Everyone ,

Debra from the Design Team, here to share with you my latest creation for the Helmar Creative Team.

Being December I decided on a Christmas theme for my layout.

Firstly I chose my Helmar Glues, remembering each glue has a different uses.

The acid Free Craft Glue , I used to adhere my layers of cardstock and cardboard.

The 450 Quick Dry Adhesive I used  to adhere my chipboard and all the stars and

bling on  the Christmas tree.

To begin my layout, I Glued off cuts of thinner Cardboard to the back of each layer

using the  Helmar acid free craft glue.

 I continued layering all the layers and embellishments till I was happy with it all

Next I added my photo and some final embellishment pieces.

to finish the layout I added my chipboard Merry  Christmas, then decorated the tree 

with stars and bling. These I adhered using Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive

  I love entering monthly challenges and try to do as many as I can each  month. Whether they be Moodboard Challenges, Sketch Challenges, it really doesn't matter, I have a go at them all. This month Scrap With Attitude's Challenge was a Moodboard, the extra requirements were to journal and multiple photos which were to be matted the Photos. I chose to used the brightly coloured Cocoa Vanilla Sunkissed collection to use for my layout. I decided to use a stencil and texture paste to add interest to the background.  I find using an old credit card to spread the texture paste is a lot easier to get a better coverage. These are the items I used to put my layout together. While the texture paste was drying, I fussy cut the flowers and title I was wanting to use. Stamperia Treasured Moments

  Hi Fellow Scrappers Debra  here again, This month is Stamperia Month, I have been fortunate to have played with the Stamperia Mr Vagabond papers, a very vintage masculine collection of papers. Today I share  with you an interactive layout, that holds 13 photos, that's right 13 photos. Firstly I fussy Cut the Man with Wings paper, Cutting all except  the left side below his wings so that I had something to adhere to my layout.       Next I fussy cut the Steam Engine paper, cutting around the right side only top to bottom Folding under half an inch on the left side of both my Fussy cut papers I fifstly ahhered the steam engine piece to the base page

 Hi Everyone, Debra from the Denise Boddey Design Team here to share with you a layout I have created using lots  of lovely products from the Denise Boddey Designs Shop. I had lots of fun putting this one together I used the the In The Castle paper from the Day Dream Story Book Collection. I used the Shutters Chipboard angled behind my photos. layers of fussy cut flowers and leaves surround my photos. Raw chipboard sprigs are tucked in among the flowers , with extra small paper flowers added. I used the Deco Half Circle Die, cut in gold glitter paper, tucked in amongst my biggest cluster.
